14may22. Anemomyloi danced -among 11groups from all over Greece- dances of Minor Asia. Dance of “Fires” , was the clou of the night as the event “memories of Minor Asia” refers to greek cristian genocide and destruction from ottoman empire. Unesco club of pireus and islands invited more than 230 participants in order to reveal the variety of live tradition and unique greek history shown by traditional costums, music and dancing. The event took place in cooperation with our Anemomyloi cultural group and South Aegean Authority at the theatre in Lakka.
